Until 4 years later I finally know that they didn’t program a new key to my car, instead they clone the original key. Now I need to pay extra to program a new key
Literally the worst service around, they require an appointment in order to even see a service writer. The appointment time is absolutely pointless because I was told it is just a service write up time. Dropped my car off at 730am specifically so I would not be without a vehicle the entire day or so I thought. Sold the wrong part, not only wasted money on the wrong part, wasted time trying to get the wrong part to work. Should have ordered online and just waited for delivery, at least it would have been the correct part.
