Had a good experience with the service department. Communication was there. Service was top-notch and pricing, which was very reasonable compared to a lot of shops around the area. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for a service shop for their vehicle.
I can't really say enough of how the service department has treated me. On that aspect alone I would recommend you to use Crest Ford in Flatrock for you automotive needs weather it is for service on your vehicle or to buy one you won't go wrong trying them first. You don't go there first I think that will be your first mistake. I bought my truck there and I won't go anywhere else. I'm kinda old school I would always think if I can't fix it no one can.
