I set up an appointment for an oil change and a wash for my truck. Remember the word appointment because that is crucial. My appointment was for 10:30am and they finally bring it in the back to do it at 12:30pm. I finally get it back at 1:09pm and the kick the the nether regions they didn't wash it as I requested. This is not the first time for a damn near 3 hour oil change from these guys.
