Paid 1k to basically change a battery. Truck was not fixed the first time. Took my truck in for routine service, check engine light, and the low voltage battery. Ended up paying for unnecessary maintenance and then my truck issues became worse and wouldn't start the next day. Took it in again and they finally change the battery. Not good. Didn't even get the call back that they promised. I feel Robbed. 😞

Went in for 2 recalls I received on my 2021 Bronco Sport. My appointment was at 9am and was greeted immediately. Service for recall took approximately an hour. I was greeted with a smile as well.

Recently was forced to replace my "charging port cover" for my Mach E. Fast to order, reasonably priced part. very helpful. However, installed, when I mentioned that the paint was a few shades off. They disagreed & said that it matched. However, so far 4 of my friends pointed out that the "new charge cover" does NOT match the car! That is a major disappointment.
