Cathy at Crest Florist is hands down one of the best values for flowers in New Jersey! We came to her just a couple months before our wedding (last minute!), and she was immediately available, enthusiastic about all our ideas, and understood our vision perfectly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am absolutely appalled by my experience with Crest and feel compelled to warn others. Not only was the service incorrect and my florist unavailable to communicate with for 2 weeks before the wedding, but the owner’s behavior was shockingly unprofessional. Terrible experience! My fellow buyers KEEP AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! called in an order for my beloved Godfather who just passed. Ordered 2 Large sympathy floral sprays for local funeral home. Spoke to Mark at first who literally should take a course in compassion and empathy! His only focus was money driven since inception of the call , I suggested he looked on his website which clearly states size of arrangement and price. I’ve waited to write this review until I got my professional wedding photos. Working with Crest was 10/10 one of the best wedding decisions my husband and I made. Katie and Kathy were kind, professional, patient, funny and honestly, a joy to work with. Most importantly, they REALLY know what they are doing.
