I started visiting the Crest Eye Clinic last year, and honestly, it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. This is my third visit at crest eye care . I had a great experience at Eyeglasses Centre. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect sunglasses. The sunglasses provide excellent protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays, reduce glare, and make driving and outdoor activities much more comfortable. They are stylish, comfortable to wear, and have really helped reduce eye strain on bright days. I would highly recommend this place
I booked an appointment with Dr. Tola Opejin and was very happy with my eye exam for glasses and contacts. Dr. Tola was very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated his patience with my questions/concerns and ensured my understanding during my exam without feeling rushed. I appreciated the rest of the team as well who helped me pick out my new frames! Very excited to wear them. Crest Eyecare has an excellent selection of frames.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Doctor seems like he does know nothing. Front desk manager did not explain anything while examining me. I came 15min earlier, end up being served 15min late. After exam I was advised to get an anti-blue glasses. But they had zero in the stock. The only good thing happened to me is that I requested exam results and I got them the next day without any issues. I am not angry, I am just disappointed and I am not coming back.
Just brutal. Brutal. Don’t go here. My Mom and are booked every 6 months at this establishment for her eyes to be checked at special request. She doesn’t see from one eye and they have tested the wrong eye…after being told over and over which eye has no vision. You sit for so long when no one is there. And today (after calling to confirm her appointment Friday) we show up and are told the Doctor doesn’t work on this day at this clinic when we pre booked the appointment months ago.
