Not recommend at all! Non professional people and non professional doctors! I went there for my eye exam with Dr.Crest, he made big mistake because my eye glasses to strong and making me headache and dizziness! So I went back and exhausted the issues, so make another appointment with different Doctor for Saturday November 8th 5:20 pm, finally after 45 minutes waiting he wanna charge me again for another exam! I'm surprised to see all the good reviews. The 1st time we had appointments we needed to wait over an HOUR to see the Dr. Gave them a second chance because these things happen, especially at dr. Offices. I make appointments for my kids, then I get a call to reschedule because the Dr isn't actually working that Saturday, ok no problem make new appointments. Excellent customer service from Chatarika! Went above and beyond to help my family all get the glasses we need at a price we could manage. Also willing to go the extra mile when other companies refused to try.
Mild broken parts is free for repairing . But optician looks not happy .. when front desk guild u to seat there optician kick chair for me to seat . And service is not bad but in the end he put my glasses downwards directly to table...without apology.... But its free fixing so ......its alright........
The people here are nice. And they actually do quality work. I came in for a check up, and ended up getting an eye exam. I forgot, that of course they had to charge $100 for it. They were kind enough to drop it to $90. The one employee asked "Don't you have insurance?" No I do not, I am not wealthy, just got off of AI. My eyes are doing fine. If I had been smart enough to know there would be a fee, I would have cancelled the appointment. Everyone here is nice, I just cant afford to throw around money like that. Very good at ... read more
