I'm surprised to see all the good reviews. The 1st time we had appointments we needed to wait over an HOUR to see the Dr. Gave them a second chance because these things happen, especially at dr. Offices. I make appointments for my kids, then I get a call to reschedule because the Dr isn't actually working that Saturday, ok no problem make new appointments. Get there in time for our appointment, check in sit down then the staff there casually tells me the Dr is running behind about 20-30 mins. Ok. Then she tells me he is act... read more
The people here are nice. And they actually do quality work. I came in for a check up, and ended up getting an eye exam. I forgot, that of course they had to charge $100 for it. They were kind enough to drop it to $90. The one employee asked "Don't you have insurance?" No I do not, I am not wealthy, just got off of AI. My eyes are doing fine. Excellent customer service from Chatarika! Went above and beyond to help my family all get the glasses we need at a price we could manage. Also willing to go the extra mile when other companies refused to try.
I just had my old lenses replaced, and the service was fast, professional, and reliable. Thank you to Jaderica (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!)—she was incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Highly recommended!
I couldn’t be happier with my experience here ! I’m new to wearing glasses and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous about finding something that would suit me, but they helped me choose frames that I absolutely love. Such a nice selection no matter your taste or budget. Highly recommend !
