I couldn’t be happier with my experience here ! I’m new to wearing glasses and the staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. My experience at Crest Eyecare - Pembina Highway was great. I would like to praise all their friendly staff, who pay attention to detail. The patient, the professionalism, and clear explanations from the Dr. Adetola Opejin. I highly recommend this clinic.
I booked an appointment for 3:20 but didn’t get my pretest done until 4:00. While the doctor and the appointment itself were fine, the nearly hour-long wait was frustrating. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place.
Thank you Crestview. My daughter broke her glasses, only for Lee to get a temporary frame, that fits her lenses, for her pending when the replacement is ready. Thank you Lee. Amazing service.
I thought I'd need to buy new glasses because mine were broken, but the experienced guy was able to fix them quickly at no charge! The service was excellent!
