Since my referral to Crest, they have been nothing short of accommodating. Dr. Liu was very helpful and kind and lovely to deal with. I called on a weekend in a panic as I was experiencing erratic tooth pain and Richard was beyond supportive and I was on antibiotics that same day. Maybe just me but it is not common to have such incredible service from healthcare providers and Crest has knocked it out of the park!
All my interactions with staff and Dr Liu were above expectations. I had continued pain after a root canal from my dentist so I was referred to a different endodontist. After a month of not hearing anything and being in pain, I phoned my dentist who referred me to Crest. A few days later, Richard phones me and books an appointment.
