Ortho appt Dec 4/24 Door was locked on very cold morning, hammered on door & was given a signal to go further down. Next door also locked, had to go to next door. A readable sign would have worked. Arrived at reception and was told to remove my shoes. When I hesitated, was told or put on protective booties. Wow such customer appreciation!
