Since my referral to Crest, they have been nothing short of accommodating. Dr. Liu was very helpful and kind and lovely to deal with. I called on a weekend in a panic as I was experiencing erotic tooth pain and Richard was beyond supportive and I was on antibiotics that same day. Maybe just me but it is not common to have such incredible service from healthcare providers and Crest has knocked it out of the park!
Be cautious, if they use a 3D x-ray for a specific tooth and tell you the results that counts as a full oral exam despite it not being that (HC policy is the problem here). This may affect some peoples insurance and this place WILL NOT tell you that. Exercise caution - this place is shady.
