I left my car, Volvo XC90 2018, after receiving an initial estimate of less than 10k repair cost by an advisor nick named Ebby. After the advisor worked with the progressive insurance inspector, the inspector said that the cost of repairs would be $11,800. But the Crest Collision advisor said the cost of repair will be 13-15k and suggested me to take the offer from the insurance for totaling the car. He was professional, detailed, and efficient, making the experience great.
