Forest and his staff were great. Progressive was extremely difficult to deal with. Tried to cut corners, but forest stepped up. What started as a shitshow was quickly remedied. Thank you Forest for all your personal attention to the issues that arose and for the quick turnaround. Highly recommend.
Shoddy workmanship. Progressives recommended, “guarantied for life” body shop. When called out for poor workmanship, refused to fix. Screws left out, repaired headlight instead of replacing(charged full price), cracked paint, misaligned trim, headlight and bumper cover sagging, hood misaligned, car out of alignment, check engine light on, broken wiring harness exposed to water,, overspray, didn’t paint bolts for fender, paint peeling from panels rubbing, all around horrible experience.
Excellent work!! Very nice staff!! Car looked brand new. When I picked it up!!
I dropped my car off Monday, had it back by Friday looking brand new. Fast and did a great job with friendly service every conversation.
