Phenomenal customer service. Quick repair. Vehicle was returned in like new shape and very clean. I don't feel I'm a problem calling and checking in. I was recommended this place and will now recommend to others. Thank you.
They work well with me every time I need any help. I am proud that this is the shop I go to. They dont try to nickel and dime you and make you aware of all options. Plus very affordable oil changes. Very pleasant customer service. Cant recommend Crest enough.
Forest and his staff were great. Progressive was extremely difficult to deal with. Tried to cut corners, but forest stepped up. What started as a shitshow was quickly remedied. Thank you Forest for all your personal attention to the issues that arose and for the quick turnaround. Highly recommend.
Shoddy workmanship. Progressives recommended, “guarantied for life” body shop. When called out for poor workmanship, refused to fix. Screws left out, repaired headlight instead of replacing(charged full price), cracked paint, misaligned trim, headlight and bumper cover sagging, hood misaligned, car out of alignment, check engine light on, broken wiring harness exposed to water,, overspray, didn’t paint bolts for fender, paint peeling from panels rubbing, all around horrible experience.
