They work well with me every time I need any help. I am proud that this is the shop I go to. They dont try to nickel and dime you and make you aware of all options. Plus very affordable oil changes. Very pleasant customer service. Cant recommend Crest enough. P.s Probaby a year after this review. A dealership informed me I would need to spent $1200 on new shocks to fix a noise on my back passenger side. Crest found a loose bolt that was making the noise. Fixed the noise while conducting an oil change. Saved me $1200.
Phenomenal customer service. Quick repair. Vehicle was returned in like new shape and very clean. I don't feel I'm a problem calling and checking in. I was recommended this place and will now recommend to others. Thank you.
