I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Crest Collision has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. The original damage occurred while my vehicle was under the care of Crest Cadillac’s service department, and I was left with no choice but to use their own repair facility. The repair work was far below professional standards — filled with paint defects including fish eyes, orange peel, overspray, and sand marks. Had an excellent experience with Lincoln! He was very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process! My car had extensive damage and practically need a whole new exterior.. They made my car look brand again!! I don’t think anybody else could have done this good of a job! I highly recommend using Lincoln to make the stress of automotive repairs seem as stress free as they can be!
They really made the whole process easy and smooth from start to finish. Lincoln was very attentive and helped me contact the chat agent at AllState regarding the damages to my car, and he kept me updated throughout the repair via text. The staff at the office are also very pleasant. When I picked up my car, it was detailed - they made it look brand new again. :) Thank you for a great experience!
