I took my Chevrolet Trax in for an oil change today and had the pleasure of meeting Alan, the service advisor. He was very helpful, friendly and was knowledgeable about everything they offered. I even got a shuttle to work. Great service.. I will definitely be a return customer.
I went in to have oil and tire rotation done. I normally drop off my cars and come back. On 8/22 my gut said to stay and watch so I did. The mechanic did not rotate my tires. When confronted he called me a lair and I don’t know what I am saying. My trust in Chevy is way low. I can’t trust them. This is bad I have been a Chevy owner for a long time. Never let Ray do the oil changes and tire rotation. When you call to complain they don’t do anything.
Bad customer service. Wanted to buy a new car and possibly trade in my truck. They were rude inconsiderate of time. They tried to charge 5k over what was advertised for the car as it was advertised. Before taxes or registration was added.
Joseph Gotti, Derek and Dillon should get a promotion excellent service and straightforward service. Can never go wrong with them. Very flexible.
