Bad service they keep lying about to get my car diagnosed until today on Wednesday 4/1/26 they still haven’t checked my car. There another lied they told me until next Monday. It’s my first and last time to set a service by them.
Came in about a month ago for a new battery, had a appointment, told them I would be waiting to complete service, I figured about two to three hours since it was a Saturday, got my car back after six and a half hours. I came back in today with an appointment for just an oil change still waiting after two and a half hours. I must find another dealership to service my vehicle
I purchased my vehicle from Crest, and have had it serviced by Greg V. in the service department for over 7 years with many routine and a few larger maintenance visits. He's the best service advisor I've ever worked with at a dealership. Always remembers me, my car, and it's history. Extremely personable, great attitude, and has established trustworthiness over such a long time. He maintains great communication, and if something abnormal pops up, he's always willing to find the best solution.
This review is specifically directed toward Logan McPherson. The vehicle we purchased not even a month ago faulted out and I was broke down an hour away from Crest. He facilitated a tow truck and a loaner vehicle (I was denied a loaner just a few days prior for the same problem and this being the third time bringing it in). After I briefly described my situation, he acted fast and professionally, and I cannot express enough gratitude! Give this man a raise.
