Poor communication and even poorer follow thru

Shawn Baron is a great service advisor and has always understood the service needs.
Service is A+. Ty King a class act and asset to your establishment! GMC, however is disappointing. I have purchased close to 30 vehicles in my lifetime and i am extremely disappointed with the engine recall. They knowingly continues to produce vehicle's knowing they were faulty. Extreme disappointment
