I booked in a call out from Crest for what I thought was a HVAC issue. Two young gentlemen arrived at the exact booking time and investigated my issue. It turns out it was a gutter issue not a HVAC issue. Not only were they very polite and professional but they also spent the time to try and figure out the problem and fix it for me within the callout window. I was so impressed and will definitely be using Crest again.
The team were awesome. Quoted for the job on Thursday morning and arrived 7am on Friday morning to do the install. The guys sorted out all of my issues with the previous installation that was done 20 years ago - bad wiring, unit positioned so they didn't drain properly, all sorted. They took everything away, left both rooms and outside area where they were working spotless, couldn't be happier with the quality of the work.
very poor customer service. Spoke to a lady on the phone who raised her voice and was very rude. Asked her a simple question and she barked back at me. Unacceptable
We always have a regular service of our air conditioning. Their advice and thoroughness in the servicing keeps the long Jevity and also working efficiently, we will always have regular servicing of the air conditioning recommended by Crest as to professionalism that they display.
