Bad service overall. No follow ups. Phone reception is uninterested when I’ve followed up. Our real estate agent has tried chasing things up with them too with no luck.
I was cut off whilst driving by a crest employee. I was trying to merge when the driver in the crest air conditioning company car speed up to force me into the side lane. Then had the hide to carry on like a hero and flick me off but point to his camera as he Cleary would have had a heart attack getting out of his seat belt yet carried on like a hero. We had Zac and Steve out to replace an aircon unit, they were thorough, took the time to do the job properly and very respectful of the place while they were here. Would absolutely recommend.
I advise against engaging Crest Air Conditioning. Crest installed the aircon systems in my building complex in 2019. Like most residents, I continued to use them by default for my annual service inspection. The first indication of a poor culture was in late 2022. When I got home, I saw that the technician had left a mess in my apartment, including in the toilet. A complaint e-mail I sent to the company was never acknowledged. Crest installed ducted Actron Advance unit at my house recently. Although it was a tricky installation the team led by Devin did a great job replacing and installing the whole system. Thanks team for a great professional job.
