I've lived here for 3 years, the best 55+ community. Recently attended our 1st annual Jazz on the Green concert.
I wish I could say purchasing a home from Kolter is a quality experience, but their building quality and "warranty" is a joke. They arbitrarily decide what is and is not included. There are many examples, but the most egregious is the lawn and landscape maintenance, a key factor in our purchase. Sod is dead and overtaken with weeds and after months of "evaluation" Kolter has refused to correct the situation, which is fully covered by the Kolterwarranty ...supposedly. Buyer Beware.
Great community and awesome neighbors! Definitely a great place to call home!
