Recently the Lifestyle coordinator posted on Eventbrite a Drawing/Sketch class. The class appeared on Eventbrite as an open invitation to the public for a 4 weeks participation. My cousin and I signed up. The class required art supplies of which we purchased. When we arrived, we were asked what units we lived in. We told them, we were not residents. Management of the fitness/recreation center is incredibly rude and the residents are rude as well. If you don't like joy and enjoy being rude to people, move here!
Very disappointed. Part II - The Warranty Department is now working to make things right. I’m optimistic that Kolter is going to fix what is broken.
