Management of the fitness/recreation center is incredibly rude and the residents are rude as well. If you don't like joy and enjoy being rude to people, move here!

The staff at Cresswind Deland is second to none. Amal is an exceptional person and Great to work with. We visited the Clubhouse this past weekend for the Opening. It is like a Resort.
We have recently purchased a home at Crestwind of Deland (our second Kolter home) and had the pleasure of having Amal as our sales person. From the moment we walked in the sales center, we have been treated so professionally with every person we’ve met.
