Cresswind is outstanding development.
We recently moved in our beautiful new home. It is a wonderful neighborhood with very friendly people. The Kolter employees have all been exceptional in every way. After a few months we had an issue with our Rinnai tankless water heater as did a few other residents. Kolter immediately contacted Rinnai to resolve the issue. Rinnai sent technicians to see what the problem was, after a few weeks the Rinnai engineers found the solution and fixed everyone’s WH. A Rinnai engineer from Japan preformed an update the firmware. Potential Home Buyer’s Beware: Cresswind Springhaven 55+ Neighborhood by Kolter Homes in Newnan has multiple residents that have had MAJOR hot water heater issues since moving in to their brand new homes. My parents moved in middle of November 2024 and have had continued hot water heater issues that remain an issue until today March 18, 2025.
