Review update: 1/7/25 we have officially moved here back in October of 2025. I cant say enough great things about this 55 + community Cresswind at Spring Haven and Kolter homes. Anything we needed had quick follow up, they were very professional and polite. The clubhouse is not completed as of yet, but many events have happened due to the planning of our activity Director. The quality and craftsman of my new home is top tier. Lastly, the neighbors and everyone we have met here has been extremely welcoming and very friendly. ... read more
Beautiful place awesome people
Best hidden gem in Newnan. A beautiful community that is close to shopping, eateries, churches, fitness centers, hospital and minutes away from Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. The staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. The community offers a variety of home options to choose between. Home sweet home
We have been visiting Cresswind at Spring Haven since it first began available. Liz our sales agent has gone above and beyond answering our questions and being very knowledgeable in all aspects of the development. And keeping us informed. Hoping to sell our current home and making Cresswinds our new home.
