Everything looks great on the outside, but scratch the surface, and BIG problems lie underneath. We are now dealing with a roof leak because of improper installation. Fireplace has been an issue for two years and the microwave is on its last leg. We just marked our fifth year in this house.
Waterfall in the front is beautiful.
Kolter has been sued a ton of time because they lie. Poorly built communities. They never keep their promises!!!! Don’t make the mistake of buying kolter. Their leadership only cares about putting money in their pockets!!!!
