As I felt my current insurance premiums were too high, it was referred to Cress Insurance to see if I could get less expensive coverage. I spoke to Mariana Sacco, who took some time reviewing my policies and said my current premiums are reasonable. She also recommended I retain coverage on an item was considering dropping. As a result, I decided not to change my policies. Although she could not save me money, I very much appreciate her honesty and would highly recommend her to anyone interested in home/auto insurance.
In a crunch situation to get a house covered that was closing in a couple of days, Ruth Allbritton went above and beyond to help us get the perfect coverage for our pending new home! And she was on vacation too!!! Now that’s service! She found us quotes, explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. She’s a gem!!! I can now be rest assured that our new home to be is now safely insured for tomorrow’s closing! Thank you, Ruth!!!
