Can’t ever get an appointment here because they never get back to me when I call and ask for a time. It’s been more than 2 months and still waiting on a call back.
Good counseling here. Although I have had a hard time with finding a right time for me. Having kids that aren’t in school and finding a babysitter is hard. Our babysitter’s don’t get out of school until after 2. I’ve asked them multiple times if I could get someone that does a 4pm session and I never get a reply back. Instead I get a text saying would mornings work.
Do not use their med management. They are unreliable to get ahold of and will not communicate throughly or share your test results immediately. Also to get new medications supplied if you’re okay waiting a week with no reason and then having backlash from your therapist, then I’d recommend them. Otherwise seek treatment elsewhere. Caring, reliable, or promptly addressing issues are not adjectives I would use to describe this counseling office.
