Crespo no showed and did not call for an appointment. Moving into a new-to-us home, carpet cleaning was an important step in the process. This really messed us up. Will never consider Crespo again.
Great customer service. Responded to my email inquiry quickly and stayed in contact while we scheduled service dates and requirements. Arrived early, very professional and my carpet looks wonderful! I recommend them.
Howie was extremely pleasant to deal with both setting up the appointment as well as doing the service. It is clear he takes pride in his work. Very knowledgeable and explained in detail how his machinery worked. He even reduced his total price from the estimate as I had provided slightly larger room dimensions than the actuals. Will have him come back and go my kitchen grout as I was not aware he offered this service. Highly recommend!
Howie is a true angel. We unfortunately lost a loved one to CV-19 and needed to have her house deep cleaned (so we were able to gather things for her services).very quickly and he offered to help us with the last minute ask. Howie was so kind and explained the cleaning services that he was able to do to help us. The house was so clean when he was done. In times where there is so much sadness, there are people like Howie who came to our rescue is a very sad time. I could not recommend Howie and Crespo Cleaning enough.
