They were quick to have me sign a contract and week later no escrow started and now no response to text regarding the status. The escrow they claimed to be using does not operate in the state house for sale is located, so apparently they are lying. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! NOW THEY LIE ANDD SAID I LISTED THE PROPERTY AFTERWARDS, NOT TRUE, IT WAS LISTED PRIOR. They are scammers, why else would they give me a fake escrow company name???
We purchased a home that was remodeled and sold by crespo holdings co llc. Although the property seemed well done on the surface, the main and most expensive repairs were not done or not properly done. We had to cover the most expensive repairs and redo some of the work they didn’t do properly. After closing, they didn’t pick up their trash although that was the agreement.
