Horrible mortgage bankers, they lie and give false statements. In over 20 years I have never had a bad experience as with bankers Allen R. and Joe L. Nothing was done on time, no truth was given, all false. Best to go somewhere else!
WORST BANK I've ever used. You should only use this bank if you NEVER shop online, NEVER travel out of state, and DO NOT want access to your money outside the hours of 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday. Don't even think about buying anything that costs more than $2,000 unless you want your transaction denied and your debit card locked until you can get someone on the phone, which as I said, can only be done during operating hours Monday-Friday.
