Nia Davis does such of amazing job everytime I come to the bank the experience is remarkable!
Today I took a United Bank check-written on their bank-but they refused to honor their own check. I would have to open an account but not have access to my money for at least 24 hours. They refused to certify the funds in their OWN ACCOUNTS so I could take the check to my bank--again, this is on a UNITED BANK CHECK THAT THEY WROTE. United Bank is writing checks they cannot cover and will not honor.
Beatrice the Manager was amazing when I was opening my accounts. She was so friendly, personable and answered all my questions with ease. She was the absolute best. She made my day!
Nia is always so sensational when we come in no matter what we’re in for, she’s always so polite and gives excellent customer service to everyone. Easily the highlight of in-person banking.
