TL;DR: Extremely rude, condescending employee who doesn’t know what he’s talking about and clearly doesn’t care; would rather insult. top notch customer service, they basically went above and beyond my expectations. i have never written a review for anywhere in my life but i felt guilty not giving these guys a 5 star, they truly deserved it.
