This is our go-to place for trailer and equipment rentals.
I would recommend to train the person answering the phones to listen to the customer needs to just say "No, I can't do that". I'm sure your sales would increase drastically if you just listen and provide options. In my case there were other solutions to meet my needs but the person answering the phone was either too busy to listen to my needs or just too incompetent to think outside the box for a alternative solution. Plenty of other places I can take my business.
