We called on Cresco Construction to repair & repaint walls and ceilings in our UWS apartment in order to get it into saleable shape, and with the new coat of paint, the difference once they were done was night and day. Cresco Construction was assigned by our building management to repair damage to our coop from significant flood water that came from the apartment above us. Cresco did an amazing job of repairs to our walls. Communication skills were excellent, their protection of our property furnishings was impeccable and the painting work was superb. They delivered everything they promised on time without exception and in fact were early in finishing the project. I highly recommend them for any work related to construction.
