The people who work for Sal and who were on my job were mostly great, honest, detail-oriented, smart, and quick. They gutted a crummy studio and turned it into a lovely home for me. 6 years later, it looks brand new! BUT!! He ran late, and didn't finish the paperwork with the city, which created BIG problems when I wanted to sell. And you need to get everything in writing - T's crossed and I's dotted!!

We recently had a flood in the apartment and had to move out. Our move out and move back in had a tight tight time frame. Sal was very good at working the schedule to insure that we have the work completed in time to move back in. The quality of the work was very good and on budget.

We have them doing Poly-B water piping replacement, good protection preparation before and deep cleaning after the procedure, nice work.
