Do not go to see "Dr" Pintauro. He is the worst Urologist in this Universe. It is a waste of time and energy to see him. If you want go waste time then I'd recommend going to him. I hope you don't die from Cancer waiting for him to fix you.
Both of these doctors are incredible. They helped me with my recurring bladder cancer and they’re both very knowledgable, caring and sensitive to the patient they are caring for. The office staff are amazing as well love seeing them even if it’s under the worst circumstances LOL
On my follow up with doctor the lady in the office asked me to pay my co-payment and a bill from the first appointment, that it was my responsibility after my insurance paid its part. I actually had received the bill on the mail the day before the follow up appointment. I explained to her that I just received the bill the day before and I would like to talk with my insurance company first and then I would send her a check on the mail and I was willing to pay only the copayment for the follow up appointment. The front desk lady was sooo incredibly rude to me. She wanted me to disclose my health problems in front of a waiting room full of patients. Watch out for HIPPA violations!
While the Doctor is good his staff is unacceptable. They have now twice charged me for a visit incorrectly, resulting in both me and my insurance paying when only the insurance company should have paid. I do not have a co-pay, yet they insist on payment as if I do. This has now happened TWICE.
