Everyone there is AMAZING, at least all the ones that I've come in contact with!!!! Dr Babineaux (Dr. Van Sickels) and his nurse Sammy and Jo are AMAZING & AWESOME!!! Such a valuable asset to the GLBTQIA and HIV community!!!
Receptionist was so rude. Called about a free clinic they were offering. The flyer said front and center "CALL to book an appointment" and in small print "OR walk in". So I called to book an appointment and she cut me off mid sentence and said "you have to walk in" and immediately hung up before I could even respond. I see a lot of these 1 star reviews relate to the front desk staff so I'm wondering why nothing has been addressed.
Love the staff and doctors. They Ended my care when I enrolled in medicare I have spoken to several people about this. You systematically removed every doctor I was seeing until I was out. Why should I contact you? You know who i am. Passive aggressive won't work. If you really cared, you would have picked up the phone.
Whoever I keep speaking with on the phone has no phone skills and serious comprehension issues on top of being very rude. Multiple times now when I’ve called she’s been totally unhelpful and shuts down my questions as if shes irritated by them. If you don’t know the answer, girl, just tell me that. Connect me with someone else. Why are you being rude? But again, she doesn’t ever even seem to understand what I’m asking.
