Very unprofessional and disrespectful. My husband came out his procedure, they push him out while I was waiting nobody acknowledged me. I literally heard his going in the elevator. I have to ran to get the door and ask of he's ok.
Dr.Sterne and the staff at the surgery center always make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I love going there, it’s always a positive experience and the pain relief I receive is a blessing. I have and will continue to recommend them to family and friends for pain relief procedures and they are also really informative to your specific procedure. Thank you guys for everything you do. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean and the service is top notch. I've had several procedures done and they always call and check on me afterwards. When dealing with so much pain it's nice to be greeted by friendly caring people. Dr. Koch is wonderful, he provides excellent care. Katie is one of the nurses that usually helps me and she has the sweetest personality and is very gentle and efficient with her IV's. I would absolutely recommend Crescent view to anyone.
Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Staff are rude and disrespectful. They made it abundantly clear that you as a human do not matter. If they treat you that way while you're awake, just imagine what they do when you are completely vulnerable under anesthesia. The building itself from the outside looks like an old abandoned building. No signage to tell you were to go. Inside is not much better. Whole talking to me the lady said "I'm not trying to be rude."
