You guys really need to update your hours on here to your actual operating hours. When someone has a medical issue, they shouldn't have to wander around trying to find this place, only to find that they closed two hours earlier than the stated closing time.

"I had a very disappointing experience at this office. We had to wait for over three hours, which was incredibly difficult with tired and hungry kids. To make matters worse, I believe the receptionist should be more mindful of the time and help manage expectations for patients. I hope that this feedback can be used to improve the scheduling and appointment management in the future, to ensure that patients and their families are respected and not left in such an uncomfortable situation.

Despicable. They never answer the phone, yet their hours are until 8pm for "walk-ins", knowing this is crescent town, I'm not going to bring my sick child out in the cold just to be turned away - the fact that they NEVER answer the phone is negligent in terms of health care provisions. Zero standard of what Canadian health care facilities are supposed to be like.

This place is very hard to get a hold of when called, when they pick up the phone they say that DR. Sadry is fully booked, that’s not even the worse part about this place, the wait time on average is around 4 hours. The doctor should see the patient at the time of appointment not 4 hours after the appointment time. Although a new management have taken over this place nothing has changed. The experience is horrible and not recommend. Please lower your wait time.

By far some of the worst doctors practice at this clinic. Reception staff are very rude.
