I purchased fire fighter pants and needed them sized for a 9/11 ceremony the next day. My sales person Shelene suggested I pay $5.00 to have them fitted. Carlin did a great job getting my pants ready. Both ladies did a great job!

It's like Walmart: overworked rude employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Especially the ones in the back. Even ruder "manager".

Hopefully positive, but we must learn and continue to improve on the negative. Can you please provide me more information as to which day you were in so I can address this issue with the appropriate staff and/or managers. Again, I'm sorry for your experience and we thank you for your time.
It used to be a really fun and great place to go, very unique. Now, it's nothing more than just a regular store with overpriced work clothes and camping gear.
