Very friendly. Nice mix of activities offered. Dog friendly with scattered dog parks. Large percentage of year round residents. Beautiful, well maintained facilities. Ongoing issues with management to force them to maintain the facilities. New manager trying to keep park up.
Only go there for the Square and Round dancing. The hall could be cooler in the summer time.
