Called in order to get a quote on a relatively small job that I was unable to complete on my own. They reportedly arrived at my house on April 1 to look at the damage and I haven’t received a response. I’ve made multiple calls and left messages, only once having someone call me back stating that they would check on the status. That was a week ago and still nothing. I got tired of waiting and had another company come out and give me a quote within two business days.
