Hades can be difficult in a different environment and can get very anxious and stressed. Dr Clauss understands this and was exceptional with her treatment/care of him.
As always, both Thurston and I were treated with kindness and the techs and Drs. are always very thorough!
I have never experienced such a welcoming and well run veterinarian clinic until now. The staff and Doctors are exceptionally good at what they do, and have treated both my cat AND myself with respect I did not receive elsewhere over the previous 12 years with my pet. I cannot recommend them enough!
Such a kind and caring veterinary office! The vets, techs and office staff are lovely and take the best care of your furry loved one. Highly recommend.
The doctor was very thorough and answered any questions I had with suggestions to use for my concerns. She didn't rush us through our appointment. She was very helpful to address an issue I had ordering meds for our dog.
