Ryan at Crescent Ridge services worked on my solar panel system on our home’s roof in 2023. Squirrels had eaten through our original squirrel guard and caused some damage, so the system was only functioning at half capacity. Ryan agreed to fix our system, but he really tried to push me to replace the entire solar array with brand new panels. He removed some solar panels, and added a heavier squirrel guard. The team is very friendly, responsive and know their stuff; it only took a couple of days from asking for a quote to having the Tesla wall charger installed in my garage. I would recommend to anyone!
Very good service. Always quick to reply and resolve our solar panel issues. The service technicians are very competent repairing solar-tracker systems. Good folks to deal with!
