Crescent Renovations damaged on my property everything they were here to fix on my Neighbors.... broke my downspout, their response when i brought it up, "it was like that when we got here" no.... no it wasn't. Also bent trim pieces and broke siding pieces, that were neatly on my side of the property, that were to be used to repair my property. Also they left garbage behind when they left. They might be CHEAP ( probably for a reason) but the real reason not to use them, they will make your neighbors hate you.
Had a substantial amount of work completed. Shingles replaced, eavestroughs, window frames and screens and storm door. They were professional and communicated well with any hiccups along the way. If we had any concerns were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Would definitely recommend the quality and reliability to others.
Parked in a handicap spot to go inside of a vape store and when I confronted him he said why would I bother speaking? Because it’s for handicap not people who are too lazy to walk 20 feet.

Pleasant workers, but the worst owner I have ever had to deal with. Delays upon delays. Horrible communication and when deficiencies are brought forward, being told we are too picky. Being lied to multiple times. We have been in construction over 50 years (combined) and can honestly say, we am shocked that this company refers to themselves as Experts in Hail damage repairs.
