Our experience with Crescent Point over the past six months has been outstanding. Our mother is 91 and this past January our father passed away. During a very challenging time, I visited all of the local assisted living options - for an out-of-state move for both of my parents. All of the management and staff at Crescent Point were friendly and helpful throughout the transition. One of my parents has fully integrated into the community - making new friends and enjoying the range of activities and events. My parents have been residents for almost 3 years and have moved from being completely independent to needing substantial assistance (and one passing away). While there are things that can/should be improved, the facility is/was excellent on many key needs. My parents were happy, engaged in many activities and were known personally by staff.
