You don’t need another microsurgeon consult .. Dr. Kahn is it !! I am 51 yrs old, silicone breast implants for 23+ yrs. At my in-person consult, I was diagnosed with grade III capsular contracture and wouldn’t be surprised if they were ruptured due to age of implants. Met Dr. Kahn to get a consult for a brachioplasty on my arms. instead of pushing me to get a product that out weighs the cons meaning the scar he suggested that I just lift more weights to build more muscle and was honest about the reality of getting that type of surgery.
