Great place to live! I've been an owner at Crescent Place for 9 years, and do love this quiet, gated community. The mature landscape, excellent amenities, and convient location keeps me here. The property management team is always responsive and professional.
What a fabulous place to live! The amenities are phenomenal, the pool is gorgeous and the HOA and staff care so much! Every year they have a Festival of Lights and they go all out! It is the most magical event and brings such a sense of community to the condos! Ten out of ten! I highly recommend!
I leave at the Crescent Place for the last fourteen years going on fifteen they have a wonderful manager and staff i never had any issues and i don’t have any complaints.
I been an owner for 3 years The HOA takes pride on their work the landscape is maintained weekly the gate always work and when it breaks is fixed right away theres always security monitoring the gate daily. The staff have help me with my gardening issues and when my kid fell in the side walk because it was cracked they fix it within a week they re do the whole trail that was damage all the way to my home 🏡 The rules are strict with parking but they are there for a reason just follow the rules 😉. The homeowners association does an excellent job keeping the common areas clean and well-maintained. The team responsible for managing the property is always attentive, professional, and efficient.
