Great place to live in Edmonton! I had lived in Edmonton for some time before moving here and it is by far my favourite spot. You are super close to the river valley, a beautiful neighbourhood, plenty of trendy shops within walking distance and it has been super well kept. I will be happy here for some years to come.
$650/month condo fees but the windows are 60 years old. Replace these garbage windows.

Has a wonderful pool internally with a small, clean exercise room. Friendly staff
