RecommendedMy parents both live there now-is there regular training of the staff? My mother is in the Memory Care and the staff don't seem very attentive to her needs. She has a problem communicating and uses the bathroom in the middle of the night and needs assistance, but some nurses tell her to get back in bed, others are not understanding of correct direct care.
