We went there to lease one bedroom apartment. The leasing officer is really rude and disrespectful to the client. We went inside even tho she didn’t say any Hi or something. Her manners are really bad. What kind of leasing management is that with worst communication to the customer. Really bad and We will not go back The worst leasing manager that I’ve ever met.
It seems they will raise your rent every single renewal. We have been residents here for almost 3 years now and like living here but this is the 2nd renewal in a row they are increasing our rent. Talked to the office but they would not remove the rent increase from the renewal offer.
I recently needed to have my refrigerator switched due to temperature problems. Adriana in the office put in a maintenance request for me since I'm very NOT tech savvy! John and Chris were so quick to respond, see the problem, and replace the refrigerator, I couldn't have been happier! They were so helpful, friendly and pro- fessional. I have been a resident for 5 years and really appreciate how kind and helpful the maintenance and office staff are. It's very much appreciated.
Before I rented here I read all the reviews that said forget about getting your deposit back. I lived there for about a year and when it came time to move out I thought, I’ll put this to the test. I asked the maintenance guy what do I need to do to get my deposit back and he insisted “it just needs to be clean.” So, after I was moved out, I spent a whole weekend cleaning the place. Such a beautiful place to live we have lived at crescent park apartments for almost a year and have very little complaints. Most office employees are so kind and helpful unfortunately one has made our experience quite unpleasant with very little want to help us with anything. Other than that crescent park is the place to be!
