It’s a clean, quiet complex, but very little amenities. I wish the playground was better or updated, or some other features were available. The agreement with the nearby properties for a summer pool pass is a nice option but very limited time frame They don’t do any bug spraying as far as I know, so the apartments are covered in spiders, ants, & beetles, inside and out. Do not rent here. Greystar is involved with a price fixing scheme that has gained national attention and are being sued on a federal level. They will steal your deposit and charge thousands in false claims upon move out. Management has zero integrity and they harass tenants. You're vehicle will get broken into, your neighbors will try to get into your apartment while you're gone and management will do nothing. Walls are literally paper thin, the lot is dilapidated and not maintained. Good reviews are fake. Completely overpriced. DO NOT RENT HERE. Management never does anything about noise complaints. Youve been warned
