I truly appreciate everyone here who took care of my great aunt Olivia. She struggled with alzheimers but was still able to talk about her day and how she was doing :) she loved this place and felt comfortable with the people who took care of her. I just want to Thank the staff at Crescent Oaks for taking such good care of my Aunt. She has been at this facility for a year suffering with alzheimer's and I truly believe if it wasn't for the loving staff here we would not have had as much time as we did with her. She was at a previous facility for 1 month and was so unhappy in horrible conditions it was stomach turning. What an unbelievable difference. I only gave it one star and it is to think that we leave our loved ones in the hands of caregivers who are never there when the resident needs them. When you look for someone to ask something, they are never there and we have to start looking for them all over the building and they are always in the kitchen area when they should be taking care of our loved ones. The truth is that it is a terrible place. Honestly, I am very upset! I do not recommend it!
Please Crescent Oaks Administrators!! Hey, does anyone know where the care staff is? Maybe they are preparing recipes with the cooks? We always find them in the kitchen.
