Find a better lender! My bank used them as a 3rd party for VA loan--I've written bank president to rethink their partnership. Crescent resent loan papers countless time to resign and worse, after cause 2 closing date rescheduling, on the 3rd closing date request new paperwork out of the blue. This almost made us loss the house. After closing I thought it is was over, WRONG! We are now 2 weeks after closing and are still resigning paperwork we did at closing.
