I help homebuyers achieve their dreams. I am available extended hours in order to help YOU make your dream of home ownership come true. After almost 20 years in the mortgage industry I recognize most people work Monday - Friday 9-5. I make myself available in the evenings or weekends if needed in order to accommodate your work schedule. I started with Crescent Mortgage because of their excellent rates and incredible loan programs in August of 2020. Crescent Mortgage has been in business since 1993.

All I can say is wow this company is so absurd it takes forever to get anything done with them. Literally 82 emails back and forth within a1 month period and we finally had to stop the whole process and tell them to stop contacting us. This company feels predatory in nature and was requesting everything about your finances and I mean everything. My husband and I worked with this company for what is considered the biggest purchase of most peoples lives, a home loan. They claimed to have extensive knowledge and years of experience and expertise on matters of home loan or construction to perm loans. So naturally we expected stellar service based on their perceived credentials but this was not the case. Really wished I could rate this company lower. Wasted months on trying to get loan to build our home to finally set roots in Georgia. This company does not deserve to be in business. Lots of promises slow work and no follow up, I have multiple messages that went under answered only to leave messages, and find out contract changes through email saying we have to sign.
