One of the most beautiful places on Earth. Place is easy to hike for all levels. There are facilities, pick up your trash there are trash cans. Get there early. Plan to be there all day and not wanting to leave. It's a great place for a day trip;). "Zen time. Hiking through the creek, and swimming in it. If you're looking to find peace (or fun)this is the place to go.
Place is awesome M-Th but on weekends it is over populated. Unless you get there at 6am expect to hike about .5 miles to the entry of the park then another .5 from the gate to water at a minimum. They also poo poo dropoffs so it will not just be you and the coolers but your kids walking too.
