If i could i woulnt give not even a star. The nurse who is taking blood had been late for 30 mins , instead of saying sorry and being nice , said you can go if you want. Beffore was an old lady, dont remember her name very nice . So, like this you are treated if they are late. Dont like , bye . We need to accept all, NHS paid from taxes. No humanity, no nothing.
Have met a wonderful nurse today named Angie. Very warm and caring soul. She dress up my toe nail wound and was very sweet. Very empathetic and always had a smile on her face.
