The doctor I saw today is a joke! Doctors in this country are literally just trained to use computers and follow procedures that aren’t even meant to help you. Have met a wonderful nurse today named Angie. Very warm and caring soul. She dress up my toe nail would and was very sweet. Very empathetic and always had a smile on her face.
Last Friday I sliced a small piece off the tip of my finger and rather than wait for a ridiculous amount of hours in A&E, My husband was able to get through to the surgery and I was seen within the hour by Rosie, who dressed it for me. She then made me an appointment for today to change the dressing and it's healing beautifully, which I'm putting down to being seen so soon. I am very relieved and impressed with the quality of care I received from Rosie :-)
The lady who I spoke with over the phone about my appointment today, was outrightly very rude. No good customer communication skill whatsoever.
