The Manager at Crescent Manor (Katy) doesn't have any manners when dealing with the tenants. She is so rude and unprofessional. Instead of fixing actual problems at the apartment like fixing washer and dryer which is not working for the past 6 months she is after shoes and other irrelevant issues like keeping bicycle at the patio and plants at the patio, the cloths in the dryer will dry only 50 percent and out of 6 washer only 2 works in this apartment. This community was one of the bad stays i ever had. I just stayed for 4 months and it was unbearable experience. Its a very small community with overhyped prices, which isn't worth at all. You keep hearing the noises everyday from neighbor kids, the leasing manager was super rude, you don't get to even put patio lights or any decor in your apartments, even though there is no damage done. Katie ( leasing manager ) is a very friendly and helpful . She is always there to attend our problems and resolve it . The community is like a close knit family and is beautiful.
