Very clean park. Nice and quiet. Its nice to see parks like thjs so well maintained. Very nice!!!
My brother and sister in law live there, I visited once a week. The landscaping is great and they have a pool.
March 2026 Here we go again. Another hair raising rent increase, "annual" = $35 a mo. Why annual? Kleptomania is more like it. Especially since Mgmt does as little maintenance as possible. Just rehabs & turnover vacated units. Every COLA increase is snatched away from vulnerable seniors. RHP must need new cars & a vacation. Cut loose from this cynical ownership ASAP.
