Dirty and terrible parking. You get what you pay for!
I moved here not long ago and so far this property’s location is great, and it’s affordable. I’m giving less than five stars because Mel is no longer with the company. I know Mel for many years from previous property and one of the reason why I moved here. She is incredibly hardworking, responsive, and genuinely cares about tenants. She will be missed!
I can’t say enough about Mel. I am a newer tenant and Mel has gone above and beyond for me. From getting me approved, to providing countless resources for me to utilize, to maintenance and her outstanding communication. Mel is a gem of a property manager & certainly is an asset for any RE company or company in general. Mel, if you see this, thank you so much for caring, an doing an exceptional job. You really are good at what you do. THANK YOU!!!!
I have been here at Crescent Lofts for about a year now and it’s been the perfect place to be in the middle of all the downtown action. Mel was especially amazing in helping me out whenever I needed it. I just lost my husband this year and she was so understanding and helpful when I had questions or needed something. She has always been very attentive and works so hard for all of the tenants.
