Massive flake. Came out, looked at lawn in South Cornish for mowing. We agreed he'd do it and would start the following week. He never showed up at all, ignored followup calls & texts. The absolute worst.

The grounds have never looked better! You can't go wrong with these folks, and they're wonderful people as well.
